Should I do any setup process in the Zoom website apart from installing the app? No, just install the app and follow the setup procedure as mentioned in this page. The process is simple and should take less than 5 minutes. You must be logged in your Zoom account and provide permissions consent in order to create meeting invites.

Do I need to create a separate GyroPalm account to use GyroPalm for Zoom application? Its highly recommended to create an account but not necessary. GyroPalm for Zoom only needs you to be logged in to your Zoom account and the app installed.

How are the emails being sent out to the users automatically? We use our custom GyroPalm Emailer application that will let you automatically scan the emails and then send out the emails using an emailer API that is in-built within the Emailer application.

How is this different from the Zoom Dashboard? Our app runs AI-based analysis via cloud to interpret your meeting queries and provides end-to-end meeting coordination without the need for you or your team to constantly access the calendar or the need to fill out the meeting forms in the Zoom Dashboard. While the Zoom Dashboard provides great functionality, seasoned users would appreciate the level of efficiency when using GyroPalm for Zoom.

What happens if I make a mistake in the command/query? A brief sentence (query) is needed to create the Zoom meetings. This sentence should include various phrases to convey the time, timezone, day, title, duration, etc (see here for details). Our platform has real-time validation feedback so that you can have confidence that your meetings are arranged as expected. You will only be able to create a meeting and/or preset if your syntax is valid.
